James J. Vecchio (Jim)

James J. Vecchio serves as the COO of Development Systems Ltd. and has directed the company operations for the past four years. During his tenure the company has grown from two employees and less than $50,000 in annual income to twenty-seven field employees and six office employees with more than $3,000,000 in expected annual income.

Past Achievements:
Mr. Vecchio served as the Vice President of Development for Developers Unlimited Inc. In that capacity he planned and directed commercial developments, including industrial, multi-family and office, in Warrenville Heights, Beachwood, and Blue Ash, Ohio, Florence and Louisville, Kentucky, Sarasota, Boca Raton and Englewood (Knights Island), Florida.

From 2002 until 2006, Mr. Vecchio re-entered the real estate development business in the capacity of Director of Community and Economic Development at the Mt. Pleasant NOW Development Corporation.

Present Achievements:
Mr. Vecchio now serves as the President of Development Systems Ltd, an Ohio LLC, engaged in carpentry and general contracting in the Eastern United States.

Civic Duties:
Mr. Vecchio currently is the Board President of the Cleveland Stroke Club, a not for profit entity engaged in easing the lives of both stroke survivors and their caregivers.

Mr. Vecchio is also a current member of the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Housing Network, a not for profit engaged in the affordable housing industry for the past 25 years.
